   When you talk to someone who has a degree in science and they focus on using poison, plastic, helium, teenagers, chopping, kudzilla and all manner of destruction to manage kudzu yet they will not entertain using kudzu for the edible resource that it is, there is a disconnect with their brain and their heart.

Have you read the William Shurtleff book, The Book of Kudzu? Why not?

 I would like a study done on Kudzu in Antarctica. How to make it grow for food in a cold place. It is a super plant that is all edible and has 1/4 million sites for many recipes on each site. 

Can you imagine research by scientists on Antarctica about how fast and useful kudzu can be in the South Pole? Will it grow where it is cold?

I am looking for kudzu. When I first started using kudzu it was May before I found it. Lately I have found it in April. Have you noticed any growing kudzu?

How much estrogen is in the greens of kudzu

  Kudzu is related to soybeans. Soy has higher estrogen, so who will find out about the greens?

Most of the study of kudzu has been on the root.

Compost

 One way people compost is by putting things in that have not been processed. This can be a benefit with seeds that give squash or broccoli or roots that give horseradish. Things from the grocery store can grow.

I have never been able to get kudzu to grow. If I could it would be in a hanging basket. I would use it every day.

I wish honeysuckle vine was as useful!

Juicer can do kudzu

  Solo Star 2 can do kudzu. Not fast and not easily. I used scissors to cut the kudzu up. Have you used another juicer to juice kudzu? A blender is fine for watered down kudzu.
