Who poisons kudzu?

  It would be nice to blame one person. Who poisons kudzu along our roads and highways? County governments do. Do you want them to use black plastic and solar energy instead of breathing the agent orange they spray next to your air conditioner/heater? Call them up and ask them to use black plastic and other tools to manage kudzu so you don't have to breath agent orange or worse.
