Step I. Go
to a post office in Paulding County and find kudzu beside the parking lot or
across the street from the parking lot.
Step II.
Pick kudzu, place in a freezer bag with blue ice.
Step III.
Wash kudzu in water and salt and then rinse.
Step IV. Use
scissors to cut the kudzu diagonally.
Step V. Add
equal amount of water, blend, strain and serve with ice. Sweet Leaf stevia
optional.
Kudzu
Brownies.
Make the
juice as above. Save the fiber and add ½ cup of fiber to the brownie recipe and
the liquid juice instead of water. Cook
as usual. Sprinkle with white powdered sugar. Maple leaf stencils are optional.
Kudzu Meatloaf
Add ½ cup
fiber to the meatloaf with other ingredients and cook as usual.
Kudzu Hot
tea is not so easy to find. Place leaves in boiling water and turn heat off.
Add sweetener for sweet kudzu tea, salt for a salty tea and black strap
molasses for something that tastes awful but might be good for you!
